Between 8 pm on Friday and 8 am on Saturday, 23 people were arrested by GNR for driving under the influence of alcohol, 11 for drug trafficking and two for the crime of harm.

The GNR arrested 43 people in the act between Friday 20:00 and Saturday 0800, more than half of whom (23) were driving under the influence of alcohol, the National Republican Guard (GNR) said.
The remaining detainees in the act were the result of drug trafficking (11) and crime of harm (2), according to GNR, which also announces the seizure of 57 doses of cocaine.
As for traffic, GNR registered 829 violations, of which 464 were speeding, 60 due to the lack of mandatory periodic inspection, 39 for driving with a higher blood alcohol rate than 30 allowed by lighting and signaling and 20 for lack or incorrect use of the seat belt and / or child restraint system.
GNR also detected 18 violations for misuse of mobile phones while driving, 17 related to tachographs and 17 for lack of compulsory liability insurance.
In terms of accidents, GNR accounted for 24 road traffic accidents, resulting in one serious injury and five minor injuries.
